One Poster A Month: CHANGA
Recently a friend of mine commissioned this poster for his school. It was fun and a lot of work. Both challenging and fulfilling. There was a lot of collaborating between the client and me and overall I’m pleased with how it turned out.

A Little Bit of Experimenting : Learning new things is great.
Over the weekend I attended an embroidery class where I learned about a stitch called the split stitch from Ms. Carly Eyler at Cairo in Seattle. The designs are from local artist Garek Druss.
Thanks to everyone Maderline Pope and everyone else at the class.

50 Days of Drawing!
Woohoo. It’s time to celebrate. I’ve successfully completed 50 days of morning time sketching. Feels pretty good. Go ahead, give it a try yourself. You will too will feel great.  OH accomplishment.
If you are doing your own daily something-or-other send it my way and I will follow you.
Oh and I’m having a cup of green tea. OH thanks to Hamilton Boyce for help with the gif.
Thanks!

Stress Drawings at Work.
Sometimes, when I feel stressed out, I do some drawings. I’m not sure how, but those little lines are somehow meditative and help me to focus.
